(1) According to the prevailing law, the registration of documents, registration of names, cancellation of filings and deduction of fees will be carried out by the Land Registry Office.
(2) For the purpose of maintaining the bag number in the document to be registered, the designated committee will determine the minimum value of the land in the respective area.
(3) On the basis of the agreement made in accordance with the prevailing law, when canceling the land registration or filing, the land office will cancel the registration or filing of such land only if it conflicts with the previous registration, tax or numbering of the related land.
(4) If there is an application from the person concerned to register the land of a particular person for public purpose, the land office may remove the name of that person from such land on the recommendation of the designated committee.
(5) If there is any change in the title of the land that has been encumbered or demarcated, the land office shall inform the land reform office.
